1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all physical products purchased from purehair.pages.dev. This period begins from the date you receive your order. If you're not completely happy with your PureHair product within this timeframe, you may return it for a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
For a return to be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from PureHair, please do not return it. Instead, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund, without requiring you to return the damaged item.
4. Wrong Item Received
Mistakes can happen! If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us right away. We will ship the correct item to you immediately, free of charge, and you will not be required to return the incorrect item.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are non-refundable. These include digital products (such as e-books, guides, or online courses) and gift cards purchased from PureHair.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, request a replacement for a damaged item, or report a wrong item received, please email our support team at support@purehair.pages.dev. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (e.g., if you changed your mind or the item wasn't what you expected), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if you are returning an item because it was defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, PureHair will cover the return shipping costs, or as mentioned in sections 3 and 4, a return may not even be required.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
